April 5, 2013 - We’re excited to be attending the April 18 Poll event at the Minneapolis Convention Center at which Enterprise Minnesota will roll out findings from its fifth annual State of Manufacturing® poll, a statewide research project that includes hundreds of phone surveys and several focus groups with manufacturing executives across the state.
Top of PageORB Selected to Assist Another Minnesota County
April 3, 2012 - The Traverse County Board of Commissioners selected ORB Management Corporation as their Owner's Representative to guide them through the planning process for potential improvements to the County Courthouse in Wheaton, MN. The first step is a complete facility assessment, similar to what ORB has managed for other county courthouse projects, most recently in Grant County (Elbow Lake, MN) and Lac qui Parle County (Madison, MN). The analysis will ultimately provide information for the County to compare options of a complete remodel of the existing facility versus new construction.

March 21, 2012 - ORB's people, process and performance on a previous project caught the attention of executives at the local and national level of BOTW, who visited ORB's office to discuss working together on future projects. Following the meeting, leadership at corporate Bank of The West (BOTW) selected ORB Management Corporation to oversee a multi-unit housing project in Williston, ND on their behalf. BOTW is financing the project and needed a trusted partner on-site to insure compliance in the areas of construction progress, project cost, distribution of funds and regulatory approvals.

March 7, 2012 - ORB recently signed an agreement to be Bremer's OR on an extensive remodel of their drive-up service area at the Detroit Lakes bank. The project is under a very tight schedule and involves work that could be disruptive to both staff and customers. Bremer's corporate Vice President of Facilities said "ORB is the only company I wanted to go to" when the decision was made to seek a firm to help oversee the project from the corporate side. This is the 8th project ORB has worked on with Bremer in the past 7 years. ORB has demonstrated that we are a trusted partner who will operate in the best interest of Bremer's people, standards and expectations.
